Penn Parking’s administrative operations are overseen by Victoria Grove, Executive Vice President , who brings more than 35 years of financial management experience within the service industry.

Victoria began her accounting career with a Fortune 500 company, working across multiple financial departments in both Dallas, TX, and Detroit, MI. Her background includes extensive experience in accounting and financial operations within large corporate environments, including a tenure at a subsidiary of a global service organization.

Seeking a more dynamic, hands-on role, Victoria joined Penn Parking to lead a comprehensive range of accounting and administrative functions. Over the past three decades, strong collaboration among Penn Parking’s leadership team has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.

As Executive Vice President, Victoria manages all accounting and financial activities across the organization. She analyzes revenues and expenses for each location, partners with operations leadership to develop revenue control strategies, and ensures rigorous internal controls and accurate financial reporting. Victoria also oversees payroll, accounts payable and receivable, compliance with subcontracting and government regulations, and manages banking relationships, insurance procurement, and benefits administration.

Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.
